Williams Trading University Expands E-Learning Program

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading Co. announced today that it has expanded its Williams Training University (WTU) e-learning catalog to more than 50 available courses.

WTU now includes modules from LELO (How to Sell High End Products), Blush (The Features and Benefits of Real Nude) and Dr.Clockwork (All About Violet Wands).

The company said the e-learning platform is free to retailers and their employees and that some retailers are already beginning to document increased sales as a direct result of WTU training.

“The overall response to this program has been extremely positive; as of today we have certified more than 6,000 learners,” said Scott D., director of sales and marketing. “We now have mainstream adult retailers and online e-commerce partners participating in this e-learning program every day across the globe.”

Williams also announced the Cyber Scholar Award Program that rewards e-learning associates with premiums for completing a course certification.

“In addition to the premium earned with certification, individuals and stores are entered into our prize pool for recognition,” said Erin V., marketing and vendor liaison. “During the month of February we are offering five different store prizes including a collectible autographed novel from E.L. James, the famed author of ‘Fifty Shades of Grey.’”

The company noted that WTUlearn.com is available 24 hours a day online and can be accessed with a PC, tablet or smart-phone.
